The Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) conducted a 3-day trainers training on basic online writing techniques on June 28-30, 2008 at the Oasis Hotel, Clark, Pampanga.
The training provided basic writing skills geared towards the online documentation covered modules on news writing, feature writing, scriptwriting, photocaptioning, and blogging. It was attended by 19 participants from the different state universities and colleges in the country.
